We are seeking two remote Sales Development Representatives with experience in B2B SaaS, who will hit the ground running to cultivate a pipeline, nurture leads, and close contracts.
You will work directly with our founders to prospect, cultivate, and close new customers in an environment that will provide all the tools for success.
We created an AI-powered SaaS platform that reads any piece of content, tells you who it appeals to and why, and then suggests words and phrases to improve engagement with a target audience while remaining authentic to a brand voice. We are the only values-language content intelligence solution for all platforms: web, social, email, content marketing, direct mail, focus group transcripts, and personas.
At Pluralytics, we know that almost every word conveys values. We are not helping our clients with one-time conversions, but with building relationships, consistency, and many conversions over time.
From strategic brand positioning to ensuring our clients’ daily marketing and communications connect every time, we use science to close the gap between our clients’ language and their audience to increase performance.
Skills/Qualifications

5+ years sales experience with enterprise SaaS product(s) - (experience in martech desired but not required)

Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) for accurate pipeline and forecasting reporting; CRM integrity is critical to success in this position

Cold-call, email, and use internet research to find, qualify, and sell in new subscriptions. Strong outbound prospecting, sales process, and outstanding follow through

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Zoom presentation/software demo skills

Demonstrated pipeline-building skills

Understands the value of analytics for customer insights, brand, and marketing success.

Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills and will bring their own sales experience, strategies, and ideas to the project.

Learn the products and service offerings to conduct demos, present value propositions, communicate best package based on prospects needs, and overcome objections.

A sharp focus on goals and can work independently to set a plan to achieve them.

Has high emotional maturity and can thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment.
